Local girl Kelsey Owen age 20 from St martins was caught by cctv going around sniffing homeless men’s feet.
Dorothy Kelsey’s neighbour reports that this is an ongoing activity that Kelsey has done for years and has often caught Kelsey trying to jump the fence to sniff her and her late husbands feet, she said in the interview I’d shoo her away with a broom and that would keep her away for abit.
We also interviewed Kelsey herself in which her reply was you can’t stop me won’t stop me and I will always sniff feet and ran away meowing like a cat.
