Late into Friday evening, a 21 year old woman, Alyssa Marie Vega, was arrested by ECPD officer David Aguilera. Vega was cited for indecent behavior, reports detailing that hella niggas was beating the kitty cat. It was reported that up to 11 niggas participated in the train. No other arrests were done. Investigation is still underway.
