Oconee LEC confirms that two females are in custody in an incident that occurred near Westminster last night. A male, unidentified witness claimed that two female residents of a manufactured housing complex circled his home. They then circled his home again. They circled once more but then after a brief time, returned to circle it three more times. No more details were available at press time. -Chik Chik Kai, Upstate SC news bureau reporter
