After weeks of debate on whether or not Gary monk is getting sacked it has eventually happened . Boro fans have said that Steve Gibson is being to "soft" on Gary monk but today he has clamped down and taken action he feels is necessry for the club . Steve Gibson hasn had much to say on the situation but he did say "it's best for the club " . It is believed Middlesbrough are looking at the likes of Nigel pearson .
