Young Dale and another young male with black hair yet to be identified, were today found in the local yard in which he works, tugging the lanyard clean off themselves. Many fellow workmates are disgusted and appalled by their actions. One workmate had this to say, "I really cannot say Im surprised to be honest."
They are said to be in court later this week. More news as it comes in.
