Police say a Cleveland man was arrested afther he slapped a worker at popeyes out of the drive threw window on Euclid avenue afther she forgot to put his biscuits in the bag

A Cleveland OH Police Department report shows 20 -year-old Sean Aljaleel was arrested Oct.26 on a complaint of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Just after 3 p.m. Oct 26, an officer was called to Popeyes on Euclid ave Upon arrival, the officer spoke with an employee who told them Aljaleel had come into the lobby of the restaurant after slapping a worker out of the drive threw . Aljaleel claimed he had been shortened 3 biscuits The employee told police they then began makeing more biscuits for Aljaleel and told him it was "a simple mistake".

While waiting Aljaleel allegedly used a racial slur to another employee and became very agitated. A employee then grabbed Aljaleel and attempted to remove him from the store. While aljaleel was being removed he slapped the worker worker causing his hairline to be straight . Another worker came trying to assist the second one and Aljaleel slammed him therw the chicken counter A second person in the vehicle with Aljaleel , 23 year-old Kevin Bradley then came into the store and yelled Black Lives matter and slapped the manger before jumping over the counter and stealing 10 pieces of chicken and 5 biscuits and the 2 ran out to the parking lot

While in the parking lot, Bradely allegedly got in his minivan and drove through a crowd of employees, nearly hitting one. At the time he did this, witnesses noticed the side door of the minivan open and a small child sitting in a seat by the open door. Bradley then allegedly attempted to back over the employees. Police arrived just after the second alleged attempt and observed Aljaleel outside the vehicle. Witnesses told police that both Aljaleel and Bradley said they were going to "get the gun" and told employees they were going to kill them.

Aljaleel was then arrested and booked into the Cuyahoga County Jail. Bradley was also arrested on a complaint of disorderly conduct endangering children and theft
