Local teen Byron M. Collar of Knott county Ky. currently living in Pikeville Ky. Byron is wanted for drug trafficking, and currently has a warrant for F.T.A. Police got a call from Daniel E. Ramey who claimed Byron was selling meth and other narcotics and was living with his aunt Toni Beaver and also his mother Robin Ramey in apartment 2 166 red creek rd. As of now officials have made no attempt for a arrest.
