Scientists have been testing this theory for a while now, and just recently came to a conclusion that blue lights reduces the level of crime and actually make people more cautious hence the use of yellow traffic lights. The blue light theory was tested in cities with high level crimes like Baltimore, Detroit, Chiraq etc. "The results were beyond our expectations" says doctor Yurik Egosloska
