New research has discovered that eating your own saliva when consuming a large sandwich is bad for your health. New studies show that when people eat their own bite they are consuming bacteria that multiplies by the second. By the time they get to that last bite the bacteria have increased by one million percent. Doctors suggest that you cut your sandwiches into small bite sized pieces and change out your straws halfway through your dinner to be on the safe side.
Happy chewing, people!
