In a recent study at Harvard University,it has been determined that 95 of all motor vehicle accidents are caused by picking your nose while driving. Yes,the biggest driving distraction out there is not from cell-phone use(the other 5 percent are caused by this),but from plumbing the depths of your nasal cavity to dig for that mucous gold as you're behind the wheel. Because studies have shown this,it is now a law that you are not allowed to remove that cliffhanger(or attempt to) until you've pulled off in a safe spot such as a parking lot. State and local officers will up patrols in all areas to reduce the risk of accidents and if they catch you looking for petroleum as your booking down the road, you will be pulled over and ticketed. Other drivers do not want to see you doing this because it's gross and according to recent study,it is dangerous to yourself and others on the road. So think about that before your index reaches your nostril as you're on your travels.
