Eric C Conn has been apprehended. Local police received reports earlier of his were abouts leading to his arrest. Police Chief Oscar Fish said they found Conn hiding on the premises of his law firm. Conn was standing holding a torch in plain site wearing a dress posing as Statue Liberty.
