After numerous reports, it has been confirmed that the the famous Ypsilanti restaurant "Full house" will be shut down, after complaints of undercooked chicken and fries, as well as other reasons that will be further explained
Early Thursday afternoon the FDA received a complaint from an Ypsilanti resident, saying that her chicken was undercooked, and was wanting to find a solution to solve the problem, so nobody else would receive under cooked food and possibly get the virus "salmonella".
Friday evening FDA reporters took a trip to the restaurant to see what all the fuzz was about. Within 10 minutes of being there, they found 5 reasons to shut down the resturant immediately.
1. Undercooked chicken at 136 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Old fry grease over a month old, which a waitress admitted to
3. Sinks with hair and nail clippings
4. Numerous hairs found on the grill
5. Mold growing from under the fridge where the food is kept
With just those reports found, the restaurant is in the stokes for being shut down. After paperwork being filed owner "Mary Bilye" confirmed and is sorry to announce that "Full House" restaurant will be closing July 25th, 2017
So if you wanna go grab one last tasty treat, now is your chance, hurry in!
