Jen Oneglia Tufford has thrown her hat into the mayoral ring in Torrington. Tufford says "With my kids away at schhol. the time seemed right". Tufford is a 1990 graduate of Torrington High School. "I am happy to be coming back to Torrington, hopefully I can bring back most of my High School classmates who also fled Torrington after graduation and we can make Torrington great again!"
