Goochland resident, has spotted what looked to be a Dog from Hell.
42 year old resident said "she was heading home on 522 at about 8:40 pm on Thursday July 20th ; When this thing was standing in the road with huge orange eyes and weird shape" . she said "she couldn't believe her eyes it was there and then gone."
