Local Trucking Company was seized early this morning by Internal Revenue Agents

At approximately 11:45am EST Federal Agents from the Internal Revenue Service seized all assets from a local trucking company in Knoxville, TN doing business under the name of Ross Trucking Company, LLC.,
All information is being withheld until all the appropriate paperwork and warrants are received from the Federal District Attorneys Office. Full disclose of charges will be released no later than Monday morning July 24, 2017.
The only information that has been released as of 6:00pm EST is that two individuals being charged with Federal Tax Evasion with Intent to Defraud the Government with an amount not under 1.5 million US Dollars.
It appears that the money from the Tax Evasion was attempted to be hidden through many IRA Accounts and four different plots of land.
The four plots that have been discovered as of today are as follows; Approximately 130 acres of farmland with a residential dwelling on the property in Lenoir City, TN,; Approximately 400 acres of farmland with a residential dwelling on the property in Seymour, TN,; Approximately 10 acres of land zoned for Residential and Commercial, this location has a residential dwelling on site as well as a business dwelling on site as well located in South Knoxville,; The last location to be listed to date is an approximately 5 acre residential plot with a residential dwelling on site as well in which this property is located on Douglas Lake in Sevier County, TN.
Idictments are currently expected to be expidited and served against two individuals within the next 12-24 hours. The two individuals expected to be indicted are Jama D. Ross of Knoxville, TN, and Curtis G. Barton OF Knoxville, TN.
More details and additional charges are expected to be released to the public no later than 10:30am EST, Monday July 24, 2017
