Sunday July 16 in Deltona witnesses described a elderly lady leaving the Grace Lutheran Church in a 2015 to 2016 Ford Edge SUV on Providence Blvd in Deltona Florida. One witness said the lady drove right over the toddler with no regard for anyones safety. The Volusia County Sheriffs Office is investigating this calls act.
