A mini Hooter's is coming to Toms Brook just off of I-81 and it will be serving mini brews with mini burgers and tiny wings. No more cladly dressed waitresses as they will be replaced by a new touch screen ordering system and the drawrf version of Thunder from Down Under will deliver the mini meals to each customer. A fall of 2016 opening is expected.
