Rochester, Illinois: An outbreak of the Zika Virus has been identified in the small town or Rochester Illinois. There have now 23 confirmed cases of Zika in the Rochester area.
Authorities are warning people to wear bug spray with at least 80 deet if they must go outside. They are warning any pregnant people to leave the area or stay indoors at all time.
Mosquitoes are ranked one of the most dangerous insects for the area right behind ticks and spider bites.
