Following the mass hysteria that ensued following a fake news story report of a Bull Shark being spotted in Kentucky Lake, scientists have concluded that people in Western Kentucky are likely the most gullible in the nation.
"I'm sure if the proper studies were done they would find a direct correlation between people who believed the Bull Shark story and people who believed Hillary Clinton was a lizard" said Dr. Todd Hileman of the University of Austin.
"If people believed that humans were causing climate change half as much as this Bull we might be able to at least slow down our earth's inevitable demise" he added.
In speaking with Dr. Hileman he also expressed interest in getting down to the bottom of what people are afraid of in Kentucky. He wanted our readers to understand that there are many other animals that they should be more concerned with than a Bull Shark.
The Copperhead, Western Cottonmouth, Timber Rattlesnake and Western Pigmy Rattlesnake are all native to Kentucky and can kill a person.
The Mountain Lion is also of concern to Western Kentucky. The latest sighting of a Mountain Lion in Kentucky was in Lyon County in June of 2017.
