Thomas Anderson, 17 was attacked by a fellow student outside Colchester Institute.
We understand police have arrested Jack Lee, 18, in regards to the assault.
The weapon was a bag of nuts, Mr. Anderson died at the scene.
Lee claims "I didn't do it".
We all know he did.
