At approximately 10:00 last night (Thursday 23rd march 2017) people were woken up by two people arguing followed by loud gun shots. Caitlan Ellise Chapman was seen running away with a shot gun in her hand. Ryan Mansfield was found dead with a note from Caitlan on his chest saying "You was too cool so I had to kill you " Ryan had been shot in the head 5 times. If you see Caitlan don't approach her as she is extremely dangerous,just contact the police
