Recent weather models are forecasting from 3 to 9 FEET of snow in the Mullens, WV area later this week, while HOT weather is expected to return but the weekend. Mullens Police Chief Ray Toler says the town is prepared. "We've had our share of adverse weather swings here in Mullens. In the past month alone, for example, there has been a stage 4 drought, a rockslide, two blizzards and a freak coal tsunami triggered by a 5.8 magnitude earthquake." Chief Toler went on to add, "Bring it on! Last winter I got sunburn and frostbite all within a two hour period as I went from bicycle patrol in Bermuda shorts to rescuing a puppy that had fallen thru an ice-covered pond. As long as the Chinese restaurant is open, I'll be just fine". Stay tuned for breaking updates as they happen. That is, if we are still on the air.
