In the last several years, adult coloring books have exploded in popularity. They've been touted as a tool to relieve stress. But, a new study coming out of the University of New Guinea says otherwise. In a double-blind test of 5,000 individuals, the people who took up adult coloring were 67 more likely to develop deadly carcinogenic tumors - especially within the wrist of the dominant coloring hand.
Wendy Schpringerstein, the head of A.A.A.A.C. (Angry Activists Against Adult Coloring) is passionate about getting the word out to all colorists out there. "We've been lied to. I'm outraged. The producers of adult coloring books need to pay for these egregious acts against coloring adults. We won't stand for it any more!"
If you're an adult colorer, we urge to to stop as soon as possible. If you need assistance in stopping your coloring habits. Contact the A.A.A.A.C. at 800-NO-COLOR.
