Doctors have reported writing nearly zero prescriptions for Ciclosporin (known under the marketing name "Restasis"), a drug used to treat keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS) also known as Dry Eye Syndrome (DES). The sudden phenomenon has coincidentally seemed to occur with a sudden drop in preciptions written after November 8th of this year.
