A young boy aged 13/14 has been reported for making inappropriate threats towards young children aged between 13 & 15! He there has been pictures of the young boy knocking on an old, worn out caravan just opposite the Esso garage near Layton wines. I am lead to believe the young boy attends Montgomery high school and bully young defensless girls! Keep your daughters away from the ginger bully!
