Middlesbrough man Paul Nicholas wept in the dock as he was sentenced at Teesside magistrates court,37 year old Nicholas was caught engaging in a sexual act on a horse near to his home in Middlesbrough,officers at the scene say they where tipped of by a passer by who witnessed mr Nicholas with his trousers around his ankles knacker deep inside the horse,judge gamesby sentenced mr Nicholas to an 18month sentence,he was banned from keeping any animal as a pet and ordered to attend a 12month animal rehabilitation programme.
