Prosecutors today stated they will not be seeking Attempted Murder on a Jacksonville woman for repeatedly hittong husband in head with frying pan.
The reportedly the incident occured after a verbal altercation where the husband alledgedly told the wife to "Shut up and make me a sandwich!".
Prosecutor Bobette stated that it may have been justified.
