Sean Raymond McCarney, aged 14 from Coolock, North Dublin has been arrested on heavy drug charges. He was stopped by Gardaí on the Priorswood Road and he was discovered with 4 pounds of Cocaine inside of a sports bag. Charges will be set on 31st of November.
