Brett Whoston of 177 center street was arrested in the town of Massena late last night for indecent exposure. Mr Whoston was allegedly running up to random houses on Liberty Ave and Cedar streets knocking on the door and flashing the person(s) his genitaila..Mr Whoston was picked up by village police and was arraigned by Judge Sharlow and released on an appearance ticket.
